We are five minutes from historic downtown Austin, the State Capitol Complex, the University of Texas, the LBJ Library and Museum, Austin Town Lake, and only 15 minutes within the high-tech perimeter. Our suites portray tasteful furnishings that are comfortable and stylish.
    
  

Each of our suites feature:

  • A spacious, contemporary living/working area, with a wood burning fireplace available upon request.
  • Private bedrooms with king size beds and bath/vanity area within the bedroom area.
  • Our two bedroom suites feature private bath/vanities in each bedroom and have a king size bed downstairs and a full size bed upstairs.
  • A color television in the living room area and color televisions in each bedroom. Complimentary premium cable, including Disney, Discovery and HBO.
  • Luxurious suites have a complete living area--separate bedroom has its own bathroom and solid privacy door.
  • Dual line telephones with a data port, and voice mail. Complimentary, unlimited, local telephone calls. Phones in each bedroom and in the living area.
  • Free wireless high speed internet from all suites as well as the main lobby and pool area.
 

  • Private entrance with complimentary parking across from your suite; two bedroom suites feature separate keyed entrances to each bedroom suite.
  • Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with full size appliances.
  • All suites have china, utensils, toaster and coffee maker; microwaves are available upon request.

Hotel Policies

Guarantee Policy
All reservations made through this web site must be guaranteed with a major credit card. A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in very late. Our office closes at 11pm. Please call for late check-in procedure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made on-line 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. All reservations booked on-line are subject to a non-refundable deposit of one night's accomodation.

Special Events
All special events require 14 days cancellation notice and 1 night deposit . Refundable prior to cancellation deadline. This includes: June 10-12, 2010, October 1-3, 2010, March 3-5, 2011, March 10-20, 2011, April 6-10, 2011, June 9-12, 2011 and any other special events not listed here.

Other
Habitat Suites has a strict no smoking and no pets policy and fees will be assessed to anyone who violates our policies

 
 


For your business needs, our conference room is designed to provide you with a productive environment. Our suites include writing desks, telephones with voice mail and high speed wireless internet service. Suites have two-line speakerphones.
